A high-end Danish hotel and restaurant reached out to us after seeing and admiring our kitchen furniture.
Their request was simple:
“Design and build a bar for us that is just as exquisite as your kitchen furniture.“
We embraced the challenge. Drawing inspiration from the sophisticated cocktail culture of the 1920s in metropolitan cities like New York, Paris, and London, we designed a Cocktail, Champagne & Oyster Bar.
All our expertise from developing high-end kitchen furniture was directly transferred to this bar concept, resulting in a one-of-a-kind Cocktail, Champagne & Oyster Bar.
The hotel is thrilled with the bar, and it has paid for itself many times over through a significant increase in sales of cocktails, champagne, and oysters.
The bar is used far more actively than initially expected. For instance, the traditional welcome drink at weddings was once a simple glass of champagne. Now, the welcome experience includes cocktails, champagne, and sometimes oysters, leading to increased revenue.
The bar features a classic design with an exceptionally luxurious material selection. It is crafted from durable oak and bronze, materials that can withstand decades of professional use and age beautifully. Both the hotel’s sommeliers and bartenders make full use of the bar.
The integration of the bar within the historic manor has been a success. The hotel is highly satisfied, especially with how they can now offer their guests a new level of indulgence and experience.
